Design Build

Wilgro Services is a preferred Delaware Valley commercial HVAC maintenance contractor that also offers design build and installation services, which we primarily reserve for our clients with a preventative maintenance agreement in place. Our company is comprised of several dedicated installation mechanics and engineers who provide no cost consultations to solve our clients’ most complex problems.

Through our on-site sheet metal fabrication shop, we tailor all ductwork needed to modify a system. We have developed customized work schedules for our installation team so that they can work while our clients are not occupying the space. This minimizes interference with day-to-day operations to ensure our clients do not experience a loss of revenue due to an ongoing HVAC project.

We are up to date with the latest technology and can work with engineers and architects to implement HVAC solutions that are either green or LEED-certified. When designing a new system, we focus on the comfort of every person in the space, based on the desired temperatures at each set point across all zones. We take pride in completing projects on time, within budget and always delivering the highest quality end result.
