Wilgro Services, Inc. specializes in planned maintenance, repairs, design, and installation of all commercial HVAC equipment. Our highly trained mechanics proudly serve over 300 commercial clients in the Delaware Valley. We are currently experiencing tremendous growth in our customer base so we are seeking experienced commercial HVAC technicians to join our team.

These positions require advanced knowledge and understanding of all commercial HVAC equipment, including, but not limited to: water source heat pumps, cooling towers, chillers, package rooftops, split systems, boilers, controls, pumps, VAVs, etc. Hourly rate will be determined based on experience. Overtime opportunities are available, if desired.

Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Qualifications:

  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot various type of HVAC equipment including but not limited to water source heat pumps, package rooftops, split systems, boilers, controls, pumps, VAVs.
  • Proficient reading wiring diagrams and schematic drawings
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A “Can Do†attitude
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining high standards of excellence for all jobs, from start to finish
  • Following company and job site safety procedures
  • Completing preventative maintenance inspections on time
  • Identifying deficiencies and properly documenting recommendations
  • Proper utilization of field service software
  • Identifying opportunities for additional HVAC products or equipment upgrades
  • Local position – little to no traveling required

Senior Commercial Service Technician

Qualifications:

  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot various type of HVAC equipment including but not limited to water source heat pumps, cooling towers, chillers, package rooftops, split systems, boilers, controls, pumps, VAVs.

  • Advanced knowledge of hydronics

  • Ability to lift 75 lbs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining high standards of excellence for all jobs, from start to finish
  • Following company and job site safety procedures
  • Completing preventative maintenance inspections on time
  • Identifying deficiencies and properly documenting recommendations
  • Proper utilization of field service software
  • Identifying opportunities for additional HVAC products or equipment upgrades
  • Local position – little to no traveling required

Commercial Install Technician

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient reading blueprints, diagrams and schematic drawings to determine work procedures
  • Previous experience installing HVAC equipment is preferred
  • A “Can Do†attitude
  • Ability to operate hoisting and lifting devices such as material lifts and jacks to position machinery and parts during the installation of systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining high standards of excellence for all projects, from start to finish
  • Following company and job site safety procedures
  • Coordination with other trades as necessary
  • Properly document time and material applied to projects for job costing purposes
  • Local position – little to no traveling required

Commercial HVAC Lead Installer

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient reading blueprints, diagrams and schematic drawings to determine work procedures
  • Advanced knowledge of hydronics and installation of hydronic systems
  • Must have experience installing boilers, chillers and cooling towers
  • Experience supervising members of a project team
  • A “Can Do†attitude
  • Skillful in working with different types of pipe—PVC, Victaulic, black pipe, copper pipe
  • Ability to operate hoisting and lifting devices such as material lifts and jacks to position machinery and parts during the installation of systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining high standards of excellence for all projects, from start to finish
  • Following company and job site safety procedures
  • Coordination with other trades as necessary
  • Reviewing and maintaining job schedule through appropriate use of manpower, material, equipment, time, etc.
  • Lead a crew of HVAC Installers and Apprentices through a series of tasks to complete various installation projects
  • Properly document time and material applied to projects for job costing purposes
  • Local position – little to no traveling required
